Returns & Exchange

We want you to be 100% happy with your new purchase, if for any reason you’re not you have up to 14 days from the day the your item was received to return your purchase.

Please email us with your order number and the reason for return before returning the item hello@boutiqueallegra.com. We shall then send over the returns address. Please note also that you will have to cover costs when returning an item, as we're only a small company, at this time we're unable to offer free returns.

Please make sure you send your item back recorded and signed for as we shall not accept responsibility for any missing parcels.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.

Return requirements:

Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

- Unworn

- Unwashed

- Unstained

- Unperfumed

- Tags still attached 

 

What cannot be returned:

  • For hygienic reasons, the following cannot be returned:
    • o underwear, intimates and hosiery
    • o swimwear
  • All SALE items CANNOT be returned, (excluding full priced items purchased using a discount code)

 

Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange your item, not a problem, however we can only exchange items within 30 days, please just drop us an email hello@boutiqueallegra.com stating your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. The customer is responsible for posting the item back to Allegra. As soon as we receive the item back we shall post the replacement item out on the same day, we shall also drop you an email to keep you updated.
