Free UK P&P - £0 (2-4 days delivery)

Express Delivery - £5.49 (please order before 3pm to receive the next day - please note if you order express delivery on Friday, your delivery will arrive on Monday)

Europe Standard - £7.49 (7-10 working days)

ROW Standard - £12.50 (7-14 working days)

International Orders: Duty+Taxes

 

International orders are usually sent via Royal Mail. If you require any information about your order please email hello@boutiqueallegra.com

 

The price of the items do not include customs and import duties which will vary from country to country. You may be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier. We are not responsible for paying these, if you require more information please check with your local customs office.

How can I track my order?

UK:

We shall include your tracking when sending your dispatch email. UK orders are currently sent via Royal Mail, and shall require a signature upon delivery.

Outside of the UK:

We shall include your tracking when sending your dispatch email. International orders are currently sent via Royal Mail, and shall require a signature upon delivery. Please note that when the parcel arrives in the designated country it shall then

be passed onto a choosen courier company within the country, you will be able to track with the new company on the Royal Mail tracking page.

It's been longer than one week and my order hasn't arrived?

It is more than likely at your local sorting office or if you live outside the UK orders can take from 7-14 working days to arrive. Please check your tracking within your shipment email for all information. 

 

My order is being returned to sender?

This usually happens when the customer has not collected or requested for reshipped of their parcel from their local sorting office (you have from 14-21 days to claim your parcel). 

If for any reason you're not in on delivery, your item might end up at your local sorting office, in 99% of cases Royal Mail or for International Deliveries your national post office will leave a 'Delivery Slip' through your door. 

If you do not collect or request a reshipment of your delivery within 14 days this item will then be returned back to Allegra, if for any reason your parcel does not arrive back at Allegra we're unable to offer a refund on lost parcels, please also note that the customer will be responsible for paying for shipment again if they wish to still receive the order, if not then a refund will be issued once the item has been returned back to us, however we shall not reimbuse for shipping costs. 

 

My parcel hasn't arrived?

We kindly ask that you please firstly check your tracking before getting in touch as this might be able to solve the problem for you much sooner (i.e. at local sorting office, in-transit, etc).

If for any reason you're unable to locate the whereabout's of your parcel after checking your tracking please get in touch with us ASAP, send over your order number and full name to hello@boutiqueallegra.com and we shall look into this for you within 48 hours.
